At Go Grow Three, all products are **customizable** and made to order. Because of this, we have a limited return and refund policy.
#### Return Window
You must notify us of any issue **within 14 days** of receiving your order.
#### Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- **Refunds** are issued **only** if the product arrives **damaged** (e.g. bent, torn, or defective due to shipping or manufacturing error).
- **Exchanges** are allowed **only** if the printed design on the card **does not match the live preview** you saw and approved when placing your order.
**All other returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted.** This includes:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect customization choices made by the customer
- Items that were correctly printed as per the preview
#### How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Email us at **gogrowthree@gmail.com** within 14 days of delivery.
2. Include your **order number**, photos of the product, and a description of the issue.
3. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
If your return or exchange is approved:
- We will send you a **return shipping label** via email.
- Please ship the item back to us using the provided label.

#### Important Notes
- Items must be returned in their original condition (unless damaged).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrectly printed.
